Minimum 5 Years in Handling OEM Customers with D.M.E. / B.E.(Mechanical) Domain
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Conducting IQA, Process Audit and Product Audit & Layered Process Audit
2. Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly customer line issues summary
3. PFMEA / Control plan & document revision in line with customer complaints
4. Handling Volkswagen / Renault customers
5. Handling Motor Process issues
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. SPOC for Customer QA Lead - OEM Specific
2. Responsible for Field performance monitoring, analyzing chronic issues & analyzing failure data patterns (RPT monitoring in line with MIS targets)
3. Scheduling & monitoring customer meetings on field concerns with OPL & Trackers
You bring to Aditya:
1. Analysing customer complaints by 8D methodology, with analysis techniques as per customer requirements & monitoring effectiveness.
2. Performing dealer analysis for new emerging concerns/failure modes.
