Minimum of a bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; PG in Design
Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering ; mechanical design and control systems ; manufacturing process development
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Design, Development & Drafting of SPM Machines, Assembly Lines, Jigs & Fixtures & Performance test machine.
2. Coordinate with the Department head to determine project requirements
3. Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
4. Perform design and production trials
5. Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes
6. Supporting the Assembly team during assembly & trails
7. Provide on-site support to the assembly team during machine assembly and trial runs.
8. Conduct inter-plant visits to engage in technical discussions and ensure alignment on project requirements.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical components and systems from concept to production, ensuring performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency in CAD software, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
You bring to Aditya:
1. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
2. Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
3. Experience with FEA and other engineering analysis tools is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving abilities
